ABOUT RIYA DAVIS
Riya is a versatile singer of Palauan and Dominican decent, who began singing in Hawaii, competing in the high school singing competition "Brown Bags to Stardom." Since then, she has competed in numerous contests including Hawaii Stars in 2000 and 2001; and, MTV's "Say What Karaoke". As a background vocalist, Riya has supported Kenny Loggins, Michael McDonald, Natalie Cole, Ruben Studdard, Bobby Caldwell, Sheila E., Ray Parker Jr, Denice Williams, Mary J Blige and many more. Riya is no stranger to the theatrical stage. As an actress she received a Po'okela Award nomination for her role in "Beehive" at the Manoa Valley Theatre in 2003. In 2006 Riya recorded “I Give My Heart to You”, a song written by her father that was dedicated to the men & women serving in the armed forces. They partnered with Jeep/Chrysler's "Operation Gratitude" to send 7000 copies to the troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. She also continues to be a featured artist with the 25th Tropic Lighting Band for concerts and special events. In the recording studio Riya has contributed to recordings by The Green, Nomad, Mahkess, Mike Love, and Paula Fuga to name a few. In 2016 Riya held a 3-month residency at Blue Note Hawaii as one of the leads in the Gospel Brunch, In addition to Tribute performances to Jill Scott, Natalie Cole, Stevie Wonder, Billie Holiday and Nina Simone at the same venue. Riya is currently the lead singer in the local bands “The Jay.Keyz Project” and “Adagio” as well as the full-time Jazz singer on the Star of Honolulu. In 2019 Riya partnered with Honolulu based Record Label “Soul Kid Records” and has begun to record original songs for her first album. A private Vocal Instructor, a Saxophonist, a Vocalist, and a Mother, Riya has touched hearts all over the world from New York to Palau.
ABOUT MEL DIALLO
Mel Diallo is a jazz & soul vocalist born and raised in Montreal Canada. She has performed in thousands of events while touring Europe, Asia, Africa and the USA over the past 20 years.
Vocalist and songwriter Chardonnay issued her debut single “Hey” ft. Peni Dean in 2019, showcasing a pop-reggae vibe that went number 1 on Hawaii’s hit radio station and earned her an Island Music Award nomination. Native Hawaiian born and raised, Chardonnay started writing music in her teens while working on her family hog farm. It wasn’t until after completing her Master of Business Administration that she decided to take her music more seriously and turn her love for singing into a career. Chardonnay developed a following by sharing her musical journey on weekly social media performances known to her fanbase as #ChardonnaySunday. Her latest hit single “Stay Home” ft. Ku’ulei went from an online collaboration to a 2020 TikTok Sensation with thousands of people dancing along. Chardonnay is currently working on her debut album and we look forward to hearing music from her soon.
Sheroc is a rapper/songwriter from SC. Although she spent most of her childhood as a ballet & tap dancer & as a member of the children’s church choir, rapping and writing songs was always her first love. Over the years, Sheroc continued to pursue her musical career, winning talent shows in college and appearing on many songs with various artists. She also participated in the MTV MC Battle and was featured amongst SC’s top 10 rappers. Thus far, Sheroc has released 3 singles, “Love Story” feat. Riya Davis, “Want More” feat Mahkess and “God Bless Em”. Her debut album will be released this summer.

Joie Yasha Taylor is a talented musician and vocalist with a history of live performances, across the globe including Atlanta,GA, NY, India, and the following jazz festivals: The Hague, Montreux, Jazz Vienne, Paris, Brussels, Rome and Florence, Maui Jazz and Blues Festival and the Jazz Maui Festival with known musicians Javon Jackson, Delfayo Marsalis, Benny Uyetake, Rock Hendricks, Sheryl Renee, LaFrae Sci and Mike Lewis.
